Miro is a great tool which I’m testing right now.
Here’s a little snippet from our private coaching session where we do a brief overview.
Would this be useful for you?

Always love to hear what you think in the comments below – will this be useful for you or do you have any other apps your currently using that could help others?
Thanks Rob, I agree this looks really good.
Thank you Ni, hope it helps you for your projects going forward 🙂
Looks good Rob – I just need a project now to try it out with!
Ha! Yes you’ll definitely need one of those. They’re not usually too hard to come by, it’s just choosing the right one which can prove tricky sometimes. Thanks Graham 🙂
Hi Rob,
Thanks for making that video.
I get emails from Miro, so I must have signed up at one point, but I had no idea what it was.
This looks like a tool I’m going to use. I’m all about tools that keep me organized and save me time.
Thank you Britt, very good to hear your thoughts on it. Hopefully, it’ll prove a productivity boost into the future 🙂
Every little snippet of knowledge from the Master Coach is greatly appreciated, which I am sure will be useful going forward in the 7 Hour Profitable Project program… Thanks Rob
Thanks Roy – Your $20 for posting that is on its way, wink 😉 Seriously, you’re very kind and do get in touch if you need any help on the course side.
Thank you Rob, this fills a real need.
I’ve tried several tools to help me get a similar kind of overview, but never been happy with any of them. Miro seems to have the functionality I’ve always been looking for, with different types of documents in all kinds of formats available in the same workspace. Just like a real desktop.
I’ve had a similar experience Hans and this is the first one that feels really compelling. Thanks for sharing your feedback and I hope it becomes useful for you. All the best, Rob.
Cheers for the heads-up on this. It looks like it’s going to be very useful addition to the toolbox.
Thanks
Terrific, hope it proves helpful to your projects going forward. Thanks Colin. – Rob.
Hi Rob,
Thanks for this review video. The number of times I’ve wasted half an evening trying to find a paper file I just “knew” I had. This might be the answer to all this, I’ll certainly check it out.
Thank you Gordon, I hope it’s useful for you! ATB, Rob.
I just found Miro with your recommendation. I’ve been using MindNode, but I think that Miro looks and feels better. We’ll see.
Thanks Bryan – I haven’t tried MindNode so good to hear your impression on the comparison. Hope Miro proves useful 🙂
